Healthy living finds a home at the new Bayshore housing precinct near East Coast Park. Served by two new Thomson-East Coast Line stations, walking and cycling will be prioritised. Residents will enjoy greater convenience with a range of community spaces, facilities, and fun options at East Coast Park within close proximity.
Public Engagement with Residents The upcoming Bayshore precinct design uses ideas shared by residents in Nov 2017.
Heritage Sea Walls & Sea Pavilion A new linear park along the existing row of residential developments celebrates memories of the pre-reclamation coastline, marked by heritage seawalls and a sea pavilion.

We will build more social and community facilities near homes to support a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. These include new polyclinics in Eunos and Tampines North, new nursing homes in Tampines and Pasir Ris, and a new integrated mixed-use development in Pasir Ris Town Centre.
Changi Business Park
Home today to major employment hubs like Changi Business Park and Changi Airport, the East will welcome more jobs in the semi-conductor and aviation-related industry clusters at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi.
East Coast Park
Residents already enjoy a wide variety of green and play spaces in the East Region.
More opportunities will open up to residents, with new communal spaces, enhanced connectivity, rain gardens, lookout decks, a waterfront path and a new garden bridge along Sungei Tampines.

Whether it’s for adventure lovers, or simply for anyone who wants to learn something new, the HomeTeamNS Clubhouse at Bedok Reservoir Park offers exciting possibilities and experiences. The clubhouse will have a ‘waterfront haven’ theme and be sensitively designed to integrate with existing greenery.
Recognised as an identity node, the much-loved rustic laidback character of Changi Point will be kept. More recreational opportunities will be sensitively introduced with new trails and enhanced greenery and biodiversity.
New rail lines will enhance connectivity for residents. 5 new MRT stations on the Cross Island Line (CRL) will be built in the East by 2029, including an interchange with the East-West Line at Pasir Ris. The Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) will also be completed by 2024.
East residents can look forward to an expanded cycling network that connects you to more places.
