Notice is hereby given that the following amendments to the Master Plan have been approved by the Minister for National Development:
1) Rezoning of:
2) Rezoning of Lots MK34-02643C (pt), MK34-03441W (pt) & MK34-03841M (pt), at Jurong Island Highway, from Business 2 Zone at a plot ratio of 1.0 (gross) to Road Zone. (Approved on 19 August 2019)
3) Assigning the plot ratio for Lot MK13-02962N (pt), at Woodlands Avenue 1, from Residential Zone at plot ratio "Subject to detailed planning" to Residential Zone at a maximum permissible plot ratio of 3.0 (gross). (Approved on 2 September 2019)
4) Rezoning of:
The approved amendments shall take effect on the dates set out above.
Certified copies of the approved amendments may be inspected during office hours at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, The URA Centre, 1st storey Customer Service Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069118, from the 13th day of September 2019, to 28th day of September 2019.
