PLANNING ACT (CHAPTER 232) PLANNING (MASTER PLAN) RULES (R1) Notice under Rule 7(a)

Notice is hereby given that the following amendments to the Master Plan have been approved by the Minister for National Development:
1) Rezoning of Lot TS20-99474W (pt), at 182 Clemenceau Avenue, from Commercial Zone at a plot ratio of 4.2+ (gross) to Hotel Zone at a maximum permissible plot ratio of 4.2+ (gross). (Approved on 5 July 2019)
2) Rezoning of:
(i) Lots MK07-02348N (pt), MK07-03177L (pt), MK07-04408A (pt), MK09-00725K (pt), MK09-00730X (pt), MK09-01771V (pt) & MK09-01814T (pt), at Ayer Rajah Expressway / Pan Island Expressway, from Business Park Zone with plot ratio "Subject to detailed planning" / Educational Institution Zone / Reserve Site / Sports & Recreation Zone to Road Zone; and
(ii) Lot MK09-01675L (pt), at Pan Island Expressway, from Road Zone Open Space Zone. (Approved on 5 August 2019)
The approved amendments shall take effect on the dates set out above.
Certified copies of the approved amendments may be inspected during office hours at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, The URA Centre, 1st storey Customer Service Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069118, from the 9th day of August 2019, to 24th day of August 2019.
