We do not offer guided tours for group visitors as the gallery has been designed for self-discovery with many multimedia and interactive exhibits. You may contact the Society of Tourist Guides should you need a tour guide.

Food and drinks (including bottled water) are generally not allowed within the gallery to protect our exhibits and to avoid spillage incidents. Visitors carrying food and drinks, for example, snacks and bubble tea, would have to consume them on the ground floor before entering the permanent sections of the gallery on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Yes, training rooms and facilities that can accommodate up to 200 people are available for booking at a fee. Click here to find out more.
We recommend setting aside one to two hours for a more meaningful exploration of the exhibits if you have a large group of more than 20 visitors.
The gallery is wheelchair friendly, with all levels accessible via lifts. All walk-through areas within the gallery on the 2nd and 3rd floors are at least 1.2 metres wide. Wheel-chair friendly toilets are also available on each floor.
Manual wheelchairs are available upon request free-of-charge at the reception and security counter on the ground floor.
One time slot allows you to bring up to 50 visitors into the gallery. If you have more than 50 visitors, please book multiple slots. For example, book two slots if you are bringing 80 visitors, and three slots if you have 120 visitors.
A confirmation email would have been sent to the email address you provided when you first made the booking. Please use the “Reschedule/Cancel” option in the email to make any changes.
We would appreciate it if you could keep to the time slot you had booked. Groups without valid bookings or expired bookings may be asked to leave the gallery if it is overcrowded.
