Notice is hereby given that the following amendments to the Master Plan have been approved by the Minister for National Development:
1) Rezoning of Lots TS21-01557T, TS21-99756P (pt), TS21-99758A (pt), TS21-99759K (pt) & TS21-99760T, at Devonshire Road / Killiney Road, from Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey Zone at a plot ratio of 2.8 (gross) to Hotel Zone at a maximum permissible plot ratio of 2.8 (gross). (Approved on 24 October 2019)
2) Rezoning of Lots MK23-00902A (pt), MK23-00910C (pt), MK23-01198X, MK23-01200M (pt), MK23-01377L (pt), MK23-02200L (pt), MK23-02246C (pt), MK23-02313A (pt), MK23-02461V (pt), MK23-02465K (pt), MK23-02526L, MK23-04761M (pt), MK23-04756L (pt), MK23-05246T (pt), MK27-01032M (pt) & MK28-99576V, at Jalan Eunos / Lengkong Enam / Lengkong Empat / Lengkong Tujoh / Lorong Marican / Lorong Marzuki / Lorong Melayu / Lorong Mydin / Swan Lake Avenue, from Educational Institution Zone / Place of Worship Zone / Residential Zone (landed) / Residential Zone at a plot ratio of 1.4 (gross) / Residential Zone at a plot ratio of 2.1 (gross) to Park Zone. (Approved on 31 October 2019 )
The approved amendments shall take effect on the dates set out above.
Certified copies of the approved amendments may be inspected during office hours at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, The URA Centre, 1st storey Customer Service Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069118, from the 8th day of November 2019, to 23rd day of November 2019.
