URA launches tender for residential site at Dairy Farm Walk

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a residential site at Dairy Farm Walk for sale by public tender today under the Confirmed List of the second half 2021 (2H2021) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. This site can potentially yield about 385 residential units.

Other Details 
 
The tender for this site will close at 12 noon on 8 March 2022. The tender closing for this site will be batched with the HDB Executive Condominium site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 which will be launched for sale in December 2021 under the Confirmed List of 2H2021 GLS Programme.
