Tender closing for URA sale sites at Jalan Bunga Rampai and Irwell Bank Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed tenders for two sites at Jalan Bunga Rampai and Irwell Bank Road today.

The public tender for the two sites at Jalan Bunga Rampai and Irwell Bank Road was launched on 29 August 2019 and 31 October 2019 respectively.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tenders will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
