URA launches tender for residential site at Clementi Avenue 1

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched a residential site at Clementi Avenue 1 for sale by public tender today under the Confirmed List of the first half 2019 (1H2019) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. This site can potentially yield up to 640 residential units.

Other Details

The tender for this site will close at 12 noon on 3 July 2019. The tender closing for this site will be batched with a HDB Executive Condominium site at Canberra Link which will be launched for sale in May 2019 under the 1H2019 GLS Programme.
