  Published: 05 December 2017

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tenders for two residential sites at Jiak Kim Street and Fourth Avenue today.

The sites at Jiak Kim Street and Fourth Avenue were launched for public tender on 19 October 2017 and 2 November 2017 respectively. Both sites were offered for sale on 99-year leases.

The two sites were originally on the Reserve List of the Government Land Sales Programme.

URA accepted applications for the sale of the two sites at Jiak Kim Street and Fourth Avenue on 29 September 2017 and 31 October 2017 respectively.

Please see Annex A [PDF, 15kb] and Annex B [PDF, 12kb] for details of the sites and tender bids received.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tenders will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
