URA launches the tender for the residential site at Fourth Avenue

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the residential site at Fourth Avenue for sale by public tender today. It was available for sale on the Reserve List of the 1st Half 2017 Government Land Sales Programme.

On 31 October 2017, URA announced that it had received an application from a developer for the site to be put up for public tender. The developer committed to a bid price of not less than $448,800,000 in the tender for the site.

Other Details

The tender for the land parcel will close at 12 noon on 5 December 2017, which is the same day as the residential with 1st storey commercial site at Jiak Kim Street. Any tender below the minimum bid price of $448,800,000 will not be considered.
