Award of tender for commercial site at Beach Road

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the commercial site at Beach Road to GLL Prosper Pte. Ltd. and  GLL Thrive Pte. Ltd. The consortium submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The site was launched for public tender on 6 July 2017. The tender for the site closed on 28 September 2017. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
