Award of tender for residential site at Serangoon North Avenue 1

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Serangoon North Avenue 1 to Corson Pte. Ltd. and Wingjoy Investment Pte. Ltd. The consortium submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.

The site was launched for public tender on 30 May 2017. The tender for the site closed on 27 July 2017. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
