URA releases residential site at Serangoon North Avenue 1

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the detailed sales conditions for the residential site at Serangoon North Avenue 1 today. The land parcel is available for application under the Reserve List of the second half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. This site can potentially yield up to 505 residential units.
