URA to release a residential sale site at Sturdee Road estimated to yield about 270 units in February 2015

To provide home buyers with more choices for private housing, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the residential site at Sturdee Road for sale today under the Confirmed List of 1st Half 2015 (1H2015) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. This site can yield about 270 residential units.
