Tender closing for industrial site at Bukit Batok Street 23

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the industrial site at Bukit Batok Street 23 today.

The site at Bukit Batok Street 23 was launched for public tender on 27 June 2012. The site was offered for sale on a 30-year lease term.
