 Monument to Water

PARTICIPANTS' STATEMENTS:
 The runway becomes a Monument to Water that addresses both practical and cultural issues: an active and cool public space in the heart of the future New Town, a water management system, an explicit and tangible manifestation of the transition from a city of artificiality towards a humanscale city reconnected to nature.
