Explore Singapore’s Northern Gateway

A vibrant live-work-play business hub set in a lush green northern waterfront

With new transport connections, fresh commercial space and room to grow, Woodlands Regional Centre is set to realise its full potential as Singapore’s Northern Gateway, set within a lush green environment and a lovely waterfront view. Comprising the districts of Woodlands Central and Woodlands North Coast, Woodlands Regional Centre has 700,000sqm of new commercial space planned and more than 100ha of developable land for expansion.

Not only will the Thomson MRT Line provide another transport option into the area by 2019, it will also host an interchange station with the future cross-border rail link to Malaysia. With these transport improvements, development of the Woodlands Regional Centre has commenced in 2014 with the sale of two sites for commercial use around the existing Woodlands MRT station.

Woodlands Regional Centre is made up of two distinct precincts - Woodlands Central and Woodlands North Coast.
