Lodgement of forms relating to Additions and Alterations to existing detached/linked/semi-detached/terrace house must be made on prescribed forms prior to the submission of any application to the Building Authority for approval of the building plans.

The Qualified Person is to seek and comply with the technical requirements of all front-line technical departments e.g. Central Building Plan Unit (ENV); etc. at the Building Plan submission stage.

The development works is authorised for two years with effect from the date of the acknowledgment letter. If the development is not completed within two years, you are to apply for an extension (up to two years per extension) for the authorisation.
