URA to release a residential sale site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel D) estimated to yield about 490 units in March 2015

To provide home buyers with more choices for private housing, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the residential site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel D) for sale today under the Confirmed List of 1st Half 2015 (1H2015) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. This site can yield about 490 residential units.
