From 16 Nov 2017 onwards, Qualified Persons (QPs) appointed to supervise the carrying out of any development will have to provide a declaration to the URA that the development has been built in accordance with the WP approved plans upon completion of the development and before making an application to BCA for TOP. (Please see details in circular to professional institutes dated 16 May 2017). The declaration form has been incorporated into the EDAform for QPs use and submission through CORENET.
