To facilitate implementation of the Long-Term Plan and Master Plan, State land is released for development through the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

Each GLS programme is planned for and announced every six months. GLS sites are released either through the Confirmed List or Reserve List.

The GLS Programme is instrumental in shaping the physical development of Singapore into an attractive city with a good quality of life.
