Requests for withdrawal of application must be submitted within 10 days from the date of submission and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

No refund will be allowed once processing work has started on your submitted application.

To request for a cancellation and refund, send an email or letter to URA with these details:

  • Submission Reference ID (e.g. ES20050228R0155)

  • Reasons for cancellation
