Submission Criteria for the Relevant Regulatory Approval Processes.

Who can submit

Only a Qualified Person (QP) such as registered architects, registered surveyors and/or professional engineers, can submit a development application via CORENET X.

Where to make a submission

You may visit the CORENET X Portal to make your submission.

Submission requirements 

Submission formats under CORENET X are as follows:

  • Projects with GFA of 5,000m2 and above: IFC+SG format is mandatory

  • Projects below GFA of 5,000m2: 2D format or lightweight BIM are allowed
