How to make payment

For payment amount exceeding $5,000
Follow the steps below to pay via eNETS or Bank Transfer. Credit Card payment is not accepted.
eNETS (Personal Internet Banking only)
On the Payment webpage, enter your EDA Reference ID and click "Continue”.
Select “eNETS” under payment mode and click “Proceed”.
Complete the transaction.
Bank Transfer via Internet Banking (Personal and Corporate)
Transfer the payment amount to URA's DBS Bank Account Number: 0010669109 (Bank Code: 7171, Branch Code: 001).
Enter your EDA Reference ID in one of the fields below when making the transfer via internet banking:

Note: If there is a character limit for the fields above, you can exclude the 1st four characters of the EDA Reference ID (e.g. if your EDA Reference ID is ES20160419R0150, you can just key in 160419R0150).
Note down the bank transaction number and print or save a copy of the bank transfer transaction advice for your own record.
Notify us that you have transferred the money by confirming your bank transfer on the payment webpage.
Enter your EDA Reference ID and Select “Bank Transfer” under payment mode.
Enter the bank transaction number under “Bank Transaction Number” and click “Proceed”.
Bank Transfer over the Counter or via Instruction Letter to Bank
Transfer the payment amount to URA's DBS Bank Account Number: 0010669109 (Bank Code: 7171, Branch Code: 001).
Inform the bank to quote your EDA Reference ID as the customer's reference for the bank transfer.
Notify us that you have transferred the money by confirming your bank transfer on the payment webpage.
Enter your EDA Reference ID and Select “Bank Transfer” under payment mode.
Enter your EDA Reference ID under “Bank Transaction Number” and click “Proceed”.
For payment amount not exceeding $5,000
On the Payment webpage, enter your EDA Reference ID and click "Continue".
Select either “Credit Card” or “eNETS” under payment mode. Bank Transfer is not accepted.
For eNETS, you will need your personal Internet Banking User ID and PIN by DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, Standard Chartered Bank or Citibank.
Please note that eNETS is not available for corporate internet banking accounts.
Complete the transaction.
