We will not support new conversions to such uses at the following locations:

Areas where new massage establishments are not allowed:

  • Historic Conservation Areas

  • Areas where there is a substantial concentration of such uses or where agencies have received adverse feedback on such existing outlets

Specific areas and buildings where new massage establishments are not allowed are:
