Areas where new bars, nightclubs karaoke lounges and live entertainment are not allowed:
Historic Conservation Areas
Shophouses located near residential areas
Mixed commercial and residential developments and shophouses zoned Commercial and Residential or Residential with 1st Storey Commercial in the Master Plan
Areas where there is a substantial concentration of such uses or where agencies have received adverse feedback on such existing outlets
