Overview

This service is provided to enable building owners/developers to verify the GFA of their existing or proposed development. Please note that this is an independent service which is delinked from development applications. 

Eligibility

Application for this e-service can only be made by a Qualified Person, subject to the necessary land owner’s consent being obtained.  

Offline procedures

This service is available online only.

Refund Policy

Before proceeding with submission and payment, applicants should ensure that they have provided complete and accurate information.

Fees are not refundable once the application has been successfully submitted.
