1. What are the information I need to furnish URA when searching the Development Register?
As long as you have the address of the property, you can search for the records in the Development Register.
2. Why are records prior to Year 2000 not available in the Development Register?
From our records, most of the searches conducted are for records beginning from Year 2000. As such, for the convenience of members of the public who wish to search the Development Register, we embarked on the effort of converting the records from Year 2000 into electronic form.
3. How do I search the records prior to Year 2000?
Members of public who wish to view records prior to Year 2000 may do so in person at Development Control Group of the URA at 45 Maxwell Road. Please make an appointment with us before your visit.
4. What are the charges involved when searching the Development Register?
Searching the Development Register is free.
