GFA Verification – Definition of a Storey Plan
Understand how storey plans are defined and as part of the GFA Verification e-service.
A storey plan refers to:
Each of the floor plans representing a floor, a roof, an attic, a mezzanine floor, a basement etc. for each block.
A typical floor plan representing multiple storeys is counted as one storey plan.
Single-storey ancillary facilities on the 1st storey shown in the site plan (e.g. guard house, pavilions, covered linkways) are counted as one storey plan. Other storeys of such ancillary facilities (e.g. clubhouse and ESS) are counted separately as additional storey plans, up to the highest number of storeys for these ancillary facilities.
A separate car park building is considered as a separate block (not ancillary facility)
The site coverage / COS computation plan is considered as a separate plan.
Please note that this information on the number of storeys is required for fee computation purposes. Incorrect fee payment will result in a delay in the processing your application or result in it being returned.
