Before you proceed with the e-Service, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the e-Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not proceed with the use of the e-Service.

Operation Manual

You are required to comply fully with the provisions of the EDA Operation Manual [PDF, 1.4 MB] in using the e-Services. The EDA Operation Manual can be viewed by clicking here. Please note that the provisions of the EDA Operation Manual may be amended from time to time and all users shall comply with the provisions of the prevailing EDA Operation Manual at the time of use of the e-Services.

Modification of Terms & Conditions

URA may, without giving prior notice, modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions as modified upon your use of the e-Service after the modifications have been made.

URA General Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Access

In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the e-Service shall be subject to and governed by the URA General Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Use unless the provisions of the URA General Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use are contrary to and inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
