Before you proceed with the e-Service, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the e-Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not proceed with the use of the e-Service.
Operation Manual
You are required to comply fully with the provisions of the EDA Operation Manual [PDF, 1.4 MB] (opens in new tab) in using the e-Services. Please note that the provisions of the EDA Operation Manual may be amended from time to time and all users shall comply with the provisions of the prevailing EDA Operation Manual at the time of use of the e-Services.
Payment
You can pay by either eNETS or Credit Card
Rollback For Failed Transactions
If you encounter any technical problem in the course of the transaction, please contact URA at Tel: 63293237 to check the status of your transaction. Please provide the following details:
Transaction identification number (if any)
Point at which error occurred
Time of transaction,
Error message (if any),
Payment mode selected and
Transaction amount.
Refund Policy
Before proceeding with submission and payment, applicants should ensure that they have provided complete and accurate information.
Fees are not refundable once the application has been successfully submitted.
Modification of Terms & Conditions
URA may, without giving prior notice, modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions as modified upon your use of the e-Service after the modifications have been made.
URA General Terms & Conditions and Conditions Of Access
In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the e-Service shall be subject to and governed by the URA General Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Use unless the provisions of the URA General Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use are contrary to and inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
