Terminating your season parking ticket
You can terminate your season parking ticket if you no longer need to park your vehicle for an extended period at the car park. Any unused period of the season parking ticket will be refunded to you.
Note: Submit your request before your intended termination date. Refunds will not be backdated.
For heavy vehicles issued with a Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) by URA, the VPC will be cancelled upon termination of the season parking ticket and LTA will be informed. You will be responsible for obtaining a new VPC to park your vehicle at another location.
