Frequently asked questions
I want to apply for a season parking ticket at a particular car park. However, this car park cannot be found on the list.
The car park may not be found in the list of car parks for application because:
The season parking at the car park is under a group season parking scheme. You can check by entering the car park name or location using the search function in the URA Map for season parking application; or
We are currently not accepting any new season parking ticket applications for the car park; or
There is no season parking scheme implemented for the car park.
The season parking at the car park is managed by the EPS operator (refer list below). You may contact them directly regarding season parking matters.

I applied for a season parking ticket and got placed on the waitlist instead. However, when I checked the waitlist, it says that there is no one on the waitlist for this particular car park. Why is this so?
A zero waitlist does not necessarily mean that there are available season parking tickets as all parking tickets might have been sold.
Why is there a requirement that the vehicle owner's business address or the driver's residential address must be in the vicinity of the heavy vehicle park when applying for a heavy vehicle season parking ticket?
There is a high demand for URA’s heavy vehicle season parking tickets (SPTs). This requirement is to ensure that the applicant has a genuine need for parking at the specific heavy vehicle park and fair allocation of our limited heavy vehicle SPTs.
I wish to apply for a season parking ticket, who should I indicate as the applicant in the application form?
For motorcar or motorcycle season parking ticket (SPT) application, it should be made under the owner/driver of the vehicle. For heavy vehicle SPT application, it should be made under the vehicle owner as the applicant only.
Why do I need to provide my vehicle’s IU number when the car park that I am applying for a season parking ticket is currently not implemented with Electronic Parking System (EPS)?
We are requesting for your IU number in the application because we will be implementing EPS at more URA car parks.
What is the difference between reserved parking lots and season parking tickets (for heavy vehicle)?
Season parking ticket is issued to a specific vehicle number and can be applied for motorcar, heavy vehicle (not including trailer) and motorcycle. Reserved parking lot is issued to a company primarily for parking of trailers.
