Season parking tickets can be renewed up to a maximum of 3 months and must be renewed by the last day of the existing ticket’s expiry month, or the ticket may be allocated to the next applicant.
Auto-renewal (GIRO)
To apply for auto-renewal of your season parking ticket, download the form [PDF, 197 KB] and mail it to us. Once approved, your season parking ticket will be renewed automatically via GIRO. In the meantime, you can renew through one of the channels below.

Frequently asked questions
Will there be a reminder if I forget to renew my season parking ticket (SPT)?
A reminder via email or SMS will be sent a few days before your current SPT expires.
You are encouraged to apply for GIRO to ensure that the season parking ticket is renewed on time and there is a 2% rebate on the season parking fee.
My company has a few vehicles that have been issued with season parking tickets. Can I submit one GIRO application form for all of the vehicles?
You are required to submit one GIRO application for each vehicle.
