Vehicle Parking Certificate
Find out how to apply for a Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) as a heavy vehicle owner holding a valid season parking ticket.
Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) scheme
The Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) scheme is administered by the Land Transport Authority (LTA). Under LTA's VPC Rules, heavy vehicles need to have a parking space licensed by LTA before they can be issued a VPC by the operator on LTA's behalf. For more details on VPC scheme, please visit LTA’s OneMotoring website.
Heavy vehicle owners holding a valid season parking ticket at a designated parking space can apply for a VPC.
VPCs are not transferrable between vehicles, parking places or vehicle owners and are not refundable under any circumstances. You will need to apply for a new VPC when there are any changes to your vehicle’s parking place or ownership.
Upon successful issue of the VPC, the new VPC will be transmitted to LTA by the next working day to facilitate the vehicle owner’s transactions with LTA.
For any VPC-related matters, please contact LTA via their website at www.lta.gov.sg/feedback or their customer service hotline at 1800 2255 582.
