Notice under Rule 4

Notice is hereby given that the following proposals for amendment to the Master Plan were submitted to the Minister for National Development:

Amending the plot ratio of Lot TS21-01720P, at Leonie Hill [PDF, 585.56 KB], from Residential Zone at a plot ratio of 2.8 (gross) to Residential Zone.

A certified copy of the proposals may be inspected during office hours at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, The URA Centre, 1st Storey Customer Service Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069118, from 10th July 2026 to 8th August 2026. The proposal may also be viewed at www.ura.gov.sg (amendments to Master Plan webpage).

Any objection or representation to the proposal may be sent in writing to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of National Development, 5 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069110, on or before the 8th August 2026, and shall state the grounds on which it is made, as required under Rule 5 of the Planning (Master Plan) Rules (R1).
