Balcony Incentive Scheme – Bonus GFA

Under the Balcony Incentive Scheme (BIS), PRT¹ for non-landed residential developments may be included as bonus GFA if they adhere to the BIS guidelines and submission requirements stated in the Development Control Handbooks.
