Plan Your Visit
Here are the essentials to help you organise your visit.
Prepare for your visit
We require large groups of more than 20 visitors to book a time slot in advance.
Without a valid booking for your group, you may be invited to leave the gallery if it gets crowded.
How do I make a booking for a group of more than 50 visitors?
You will be able to bring up to 50 visitors per time slot.
If you have more than 50 visitors, please book multiple slots. For example, book two slots if you are bringing 80 visitors, and three slots if you have 120 visitors.
Do I have to arrive on time for the visit? Can I enter early or stay beyond the time slot I have booked?
We would appreciate that you keep to the time slot you had booked.
Groups without valid bookings or expired bookings may be asked to leave the Singapore City Gallery if it is overcrowded.
Are guided tours included in my visit?
The Singapore City Gallery is designed as a self-discovery experience featuring multimedia and interactive exhibits.
If you prefer a guided experience, you may consider hiring a licensed tour guide by referring to Singapore Tourism Board's Tourist Guide Directory.
