Etiquette
Create a pleasant experience for everyone by observing the following etiquette.
Large groups
Groups with more than 20 visitors must make a booking before visiting.
Large groups without a valid booking will be asked to leave if the Gallery is crowded.
Food and drinks
Food and drinks (including bottled water) are not allowed within the Gallery.
Dispose all food and drinks before admission.
Bulky items
Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not allowed within the Gallery.
There is no baggage storage within the building.
Do not leave your belongings unattended.
Do not obstruct walkways with personal items such as school bags.
Exploring the Gallery
Speak softly so others can enjoy exploring the Gallery.
Voice amplifies are not permitted, except for URA-hosted groups.
Do not obstruct walkways or prevent others from exploring the exhibits.
Sitting on the floor is not allowed.
Children aged five and below must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Visitors and tour guides who act in an unacceptable manner will be asked to leave.
Handling the exhibits
Do not touch the 3D models.
Handle all exhibits with care.
Photography and filming
Photo-taking (without flash) for personal use is allowed.
Use of photography or filming equipment such as tripods, selfie sticks or flood lights are not allowed.
Commercial filming and/or photography is not allowed.
Surveillance
All areas in the gallery are video recorded.
