1 [Scam alert!] We are aware of an email [png, 287 KB] claiming to be from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) that is being sent to members of public, requesting them to make payment for outstanding parking fines. The email contains URA’s contact number for car park-related enquiries and website address as well as a “Pay Now” button, in addition to information on the alleged parking fines.
2 This email is NOT from URA. Members of public are advised to NOT click on any links or make payment through the email. Official URA notices for parking fine payments are sent in hardcopy via post and electronically via platforms with the “gov.sg” Sender ID.
3 To check whether you have any outstanding parking fines, please visit our website. Payment of URA parking fines should only be made via our website or AXS channels. For further guide on payment, please refer to the Payment of Fines page.
