URA releases two sale sites at Chuan Grove and Plymouth Avenue/Dunearn Road

  1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential sites at Chuan Grove and Plymouth Avenue/Dunearn Road for sale today under the second half 2026 (2H2026) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. 

  2. The sites at Chuan Grove and Plymouth Avenue/Dunearn Road are available for application under the Reserve List and can potentially yield about 930 and 250 residential units, respectively. Details on the two sites can be found in Annex A [PDF, 84.65 KB] (opens in new tab).
