URA releases two sale sites at Marina Gardens Lane and Orchard Boulevard

  1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential sites at Marina Gardens Lane and Orchard Boulevard for sale today under the second half 2026 (2H2026) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

  2. The sites at Marina Gardens Lane (located near Marina South MRT station) and Orchard Boulevard (located near Orchard Boulevard MRT station) can potentially yield about 390 and 110 residential units, respectively. These form part of the 4,745 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2026 GLS programme, which is more than 50% higher than the annual average Confirmed List supply over the past 10 years.   1. The tender for the Marina Gardens Lane and Orchard Boulevard sites will close at 12 noon on 15 October 2026 and 29 October 2026, respectively.
