Tender award for URA sale site at Berlayar Drive

  1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority has awarded the tender for the site at Berlayar Drive to Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd. and GuocoLand (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

  2. The site at Berlayar Drive was launched for tender on 15 May 2026. The tender for the site closed on 4 August 2026. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
