Tender closing for URA sale site at Bayshore Drive

The Urban Redevelopment Authority closed the tender for the site at Bayshore Drive today.
The site at Bayshore Drive was launched for public tender on 30 March 2026.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
