URA releases two sale sites at Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue and Kitchener Link

1    The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential sites at Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue and Kitchener Link for sale today under the first half 2026 (1H2026) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

2    The site at Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue (located near Bright Hill MRT station) can potentially yield about 140 residential units. The site at Kitchener Link (located near Farrer Park MRT station) is available for application under the Reserve List and can potentially yield 145 residential units. 3    The tender for the Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue site will close at 12 noon on 15 September 2026.
