1    The Urban Redevelopment Authority has awarded the tender for the site at River Valley Green (Parcel C) to the highest tenderer, SMCL Haven 3 Pte. Ltd. and CSC Land Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

2    The site at River Valley Green (Parcel C) was launched for tender on 9 April 2026. The tender for the site closed on 18 June 2026. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
