Tender award for URA sale site at Holland Plain

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority has awarded the tender for the site at Holland Plain to the sole tenderer, Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd.
2 The site at Holland Plain was launched for tender on 25 February 2026. The tender for the site closed on 7 May 2026. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
