Tender award for URA sale site at Dunearn Road

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority has awarded the tender for the site at Dunearn Road to the highest tenderer, Winrich Investment Pte. Ltd. and Metrobilt Construction Pte Ltd.
2 The site at Dunearn Road was launched for tender on 8 December 2025. The tender for the site closed on 28 April 2026. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
