Tender award for site at Lorong Bistari for Next-Generation Driving Centre

1 The Singapore Police Force (SPF) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) have awarded the tender for the site at Lorong Bistari for a multi-storey “Next-Generation Driving Centre” (NGDC) to the highest tenderer, ComfortDelGro Driving Centre Pte. Ltd.
2 The site at Lorong Bistari was launched for public tender on 8 October 2025. The tender for the site closed on 26 February 2026. The site was offered for sale on a 30-year lease term.
