Tender closing for site at Lorong Bistari for Next-Generation Driving Centre

1    The Singapore Police Force (SPF) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the site at Lorong Bistari for a multi-storey “Next-Generation Driving Centre” (NGDC) today.  

2    The site at Lorong Bistari was launched for public tender on 8 October 2025.  

3    Please see Annex A [PDF, 91.5kb] for details of the site and tender bids received.

4    This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
